The British post-punk band Public Image Ltd., notable as one of the first post-punk groups, have announced their ninth studio album (their first in twenty two years), titled This is PiL which will be released sometime in either May or June. The band had also unveiled a new track, "One Drop", which will be released as part of a Record Store Day EP on April 21.

Saw these guys like a year and a half ago, best show I've ever seen, Johnny Rotten still puts on one hell of a fuckin' performance. If they can translate the awesomeness of their live shows into a new album, go for it.
A recent photo of the group in the studio displays Johnny's GIANT FUCKING BEER BELLY.

I can't see this being good in any way shape or form...
I genuinely thought all these guys were dead but fucking m/
lets balance this out with the fact that levene and wobble aren't involved and their later material was pretty bad anyway
