Public Image Ltd. announce new album

The British post-punk band Public Image Ltd., notable as one of the first post-punk groups, have announced their ninth studio album (their first in twenty two years), titled This is PiL which will be released sometime in either May or June. The band had also unveiled a new track, "One Drop", which will be released as part of a Record Store Day EP on April 21.

Saw these guys like a year and a half ago, best show I've ever seen, Johnny Rotten still puts on one hell of a fuckin' performance. If they can translate the awesomeness of their live shows into a new album, go for it.
