Sleigh Bells have announced details of their upcoming second album. Called 'Reign Of Terror,' the record will be released on 14th February and will contain 11 tracks.

Guitarist Derek Miller has described the LP as "more emotionally heavy than 'Treats,'" and "less like party music" than it's predecessor. Singer Alexis Krauss has however stated that the duo won't veer from their trademark loudness.

Tracklist

1. True Shred Guitar

2. Born To Lose

3. Crush

4. End Of The Line

5. Leader Of The Pack

6. Comeback Kid

7. Demons

8. Road To Hell

9. You Lost Me

10. Never Say Die

11. DOA

Don't know why anyone would ever want this band to be more emotionally heavy and less like party music.

I remember the detractors for these guys saying their debut would be quickly forgotten, but I still listen to it every couple of weeks. Really excited for their follow-up.

I remember hearing everyone flipping out about their set at bonnaroo this year. When I finally heard them later on I was like "Why the fuck was everyone fapping so hard to this", then I was like "Oh, yeah, ....lots and lots of drugs."

but yeah i don't understand either the hate or the love for this. Pretty bland and stupid as far as I'm concerned, but not the worst thing either.

Loved their debut...but I hope they don't get too 'serious', the fun is what made them enjoyable.

I was hoping they would keep the fun, but have more hardcore influence, sounds darker for sure, I'm interested to see how this turns out regardless, even if it ends up being bad

Bland is quite possibly the last word I'd use to describe Sleigh Bells

I loved "Treats" and my jeans do not come from my girlfriend's closet and cut off circulation from the waist down. I also do not hate something just because a significant amount of people enjoy it, so no hipster here.
