In This Moment Loses 2 Members

2011-11-12 by CakeWithCream | 37 Comments
Southern California's In This Moment recently lost both drummer Jeff Fabb and guitarist
Blake Bunzel because they wanted to join the backing band for American Idol finalist James
Durbin.

In This Moment commented on this lineup change: "We are embracing this change with open
arms, and a renewed spirit. Sometimes you have to let go of what's in your hands to reach
for something greater!

In the meantime, we are back in the studio, writing for our new album and the new songs are
sounding better than anything we've done to date. We are aiming for a summer 2012 release,
so get ready and look out for a bigger and badder In This Moment in the coming year."

They're scheduled to enter the studio in January to record a new album.

If you like women screams and growls, then this band is pretty good. Arch Enemy, Straight Line Stitch,
and In This Moment are probably the best in the business

Edit: Also, is there a link to the actual statement from the band?

i laughed when i read it too, and i linked it so you can read their statement on their facebook page.
And don't worry, you can read it without 'liking' them first.

Everyone is moving around like a Football team these days... getting ridiculous how easy it seems to just shift from one band to another.

For the record the dude from American Idol is a pretty good 80's metal singer.
