Tony Choy's (former Atheist/Cynic bassist) latest project, Synkronizity, have posted a song from their upcoming debut album entitled "Follower."
Synkronizity's self-titled debut is slated for a May release. The album features cover artwork by Eliran Kantor, who has previously worked with Atheist, Testament, and Anacrusis. In addition, the band are currently having a logo contest. All logos can be submitted here: email@example.com
Commented Choy: This project reflects how I have always wanted to express myself in metal combining fusion, death metal jazz to pop, but keeping it to true to the 'South Florida' death metal legacy and show the world what Tony Choy is capable of....The album has plenty of twists and turns to keep you musically on your toes.

Sounds like technical metalcore to me...
The vocals on the chorus sound kind of nu metal-ish
Vocals are ass.
Digging: Interpol - El Pintor
Yeah. He ignored the new Atheist album for this? I'll reserve full judgement for the full album.
Same, I'm definitely going to give the album a listen, but with this as the "headlining" song it ain't looking so good.
its a pretty solid song...the album will prolly be great. i love bass in metal and this should have a lot of clearly audible bass in it.
Eh at the vocalist doing cleans.. Good instrumentals tho.
So I guess this proyect is DOA?
Choy, stop pissing on your name.
lol @ the band name
