fuck that is shitty news.
I really wanted to hear a new CD from them
This sucks. On the other hand the two tracks are good.
a friend of mine that somehow knows R2K told me this a couple weeks ago. apparently he's moving to
georgia or some shit. i liked those demos they had last year. it could have made a good album. they
had enough songs
Yeah, this news stinks big time. I was looking forward to hearing some new Finch!
Why were you holding the bad news back Redsky! =(
Actually saw them not too long ago. I had a feeling they weren't too into it.
They weren't too bad. I'll have to check them out again.
The very definition of a whack attack.
I enjoyed "What it is to Burn" when I was 15.
I've been listening to them nonstop lately
Sucks. These guys were pretty cool.
What it is to Burn was awesome back in the day. I still play a few tracks from it regularly.
Digging: Threshold - Extinct Instinct
I remember days spent playing Madden 06, listening to "Ink". Good times.
I thought this happened 3 years ago
It did, then it didn't. It's weird.
I'm writing again, These Letters to you
another band my 15 year old self rather enjoyed..
"What It Is To Burn" was tits. And I thought this band was toast anyway so I don't care about this news. These tracks are OK, but does anyone think on the chorus of "Hail To The Fire" he sounds like Brandon Boyd?
"I've bit my lip for the last time..."
THAT SUCKS!!!!! I'll miss them!
Damn man, I thought the "Finch EP" showed some real potential and was looking forward to more from them. The two tracks are good, but just remind me of what will never be again :/
This sucks, a lot.
Did anyone happen to grab the demos they had up last year? Hook a brother upppp
title of this is super awkward for some reason
and this sucks
still haven't actually listened to these guys
guess i should
Man, this sucks. I actually like these guys a bit.
Dude, the day I see this news about Brand New, I think I might die.
that song in one of the mid-2000s maddens was pretty okay.
and yeah, a big 123 @ kris regarding the title.
real sad. I remember seeing them open for some other band back in high school. I really didn't care for them but a few weeks later my buddy played me stay with me and I was sold. Wish these guys the best.
wiitb sucks but shts was fucking awesome.
Digging: Pain of Salvation - In the Passing Light of Day
^ awesome avatar.
nvm I found the '09 demos
Lame news. First post-hardcore band i ever listened to.
Yeah, the singer kinda always reminded me of Brandon Boyd.
when i was younger, i REALLY liked What It Is to Burn. never got around to Say Hello...
this is sad news. vaya con dios
used to love these guys, managed to go see them live after the hiatus, too. pretty gutted I've been waiting on a new album for however long and only ended up with 2 songs, though.
guess I'll have to hunt down these demos.
The day just got a lot worse... Oh well, guess it's time for "Say Hello To Sunshine" revivalism...
If only I had heard of this band before
seriously crappy news. Sunshine is such a great album.
this sucks really bad
these guys are good! this sucks
Lame. This band helped get me into the music I listen to today. Sunshine was awesome.
Actually gutted about this
I waited years for their comeback album. This is really depressing.
What it is to Burn was my shit back in the day.
I agree, spun the shit out of that disc. This sure is some pretty shitty news... shame I never got to see them live.
They made one ok album kids, relax!!!
literally enjoyed every song they've made, sad to see them go
liked this band alot, they will be missed
Letters to youuuuu.
Boo hoo to you. It's not like they put out anything good since What It Is To Burn anyway.
"Boo hoo to you. It's not like they put out anything good since What It Is To Burn anyway."
everyone look at this idiot. What It Is To Burn sucked. Say Hello to Sunshine was so much better
I liked both but SHTS was def better
This blows big time, I was pumped after hearing their new stuff had some potential, but SHTS was def wayyy better than what it is to burn
shit, that sucks i'm not a huge fan of theirs, only like a few songs, but this band had more talent than the majority of the other bands in that genre.
