Three former members of the legendary stoner rock band Kyuss - vocalist John Garcia, bass player Nick Oliveri and drummer Brant Bjork - will be embarking on an Europe Tour in 2011. Founding member Josh Homme will not be taking part in the tour. He will be replaced by guitarist Bruno Fevery, who Garcia has already previously worked with under his Garcia Plays Kyuss project. The group will be performing under the name Kyuss Lives.

No way Homme and Oliveri would be in the same room together, not surprised.
Digging: He Is Legend - I Am Hollywood
fuck why aren't they Coming To America?
Digging: Symptom - Caverns Of Katabasis
The UK dates are odd
Dammit nowhere near me
Not too fussed though scene as it's not really a proper reunion.
I miss plugging my guitar into a bass amp.
COME TO THE STATES!!! WE BEG YOU!!!
Can't we all just get along? Homme and Oliveri need each other.
Can someone explain to me the real story of why Oliveri and Homme hate each other now?
I JUST 3/4 CAME.
Can't really be done right without Homme
Those aren't the complete UK dates
OMG COME TO CANADA RIGHT NAO
Digging: CunninLynguists - Strange Journey Volume Three
apparently, Josh kicked him out of QOTSA because he used to abuse his girlfriend.
don't quote me on that though, not sure how valid the source i read that from was
Thats what I heard too
Looks like I'm going to Rockefeller then, Deftones soon then Kyuss in March. Not bad!
Bucc, that's exactly what it was.
Chose the best place to end it.
March 26 - Athens, Greece - Fuzz Club
time for a euro trip
I'd scream like the 60's beatles chick fans if I was there
Digging: Pink Floyd - The Final Cut
@bloc Yup after that break-up. I guess Josh and Nick haven't smooth over yet.
What a tease....
Oliveri looks like someone who would abuse his girlfriend.
Digging: Strict Face - Fountains/Highbury Skyline
wow fuck me sideways, I didn't know Josh Homme was a founding member of this band. I've never given these guys much of a listen. Will do soon.
Where is america?
No Homme? Saw Vultures in January. Amazing live. Best free tickets I've ever accepted.
Can't imagine it without Homme though.
Digging: Solitary Son - All Our Yesterdays
Good riddance, Homme has the biggest fucking ego ever.
its a shame josh won't be doing it, he was probably the most important member
"Good riddance, Homme has the biggest fucking ego ever."
His big ego is more than warranted...Main songwriter of not one but TWO epic bands
Pig nailed it.
Well, I am sure he would have done it, if he had the time. The dude is busy. Plus, who knows if the animosity between Nick and Josh is still thick. You don't want to fuck up tour with fighting.
what's up with these nano venues?
I knew this would eventually happen
Joshua is just too happy with Queens, Eagles, and Vultures
needs to build a bridge and make me happy
I'd rather a new Queens album than Homme do a tour with Kyuss. But I don't think he's not doing it because he's busy, I think he's not doing it because he's against the idea.
With regard to all the Josh/Nick falling out chat above, I did hear some rumours that things had resolved themselves a little on that front...
