According to a recent interview with Malibu Magazine, Joanna Newsom is scheduled to appear in an upcoming episode of The Simpsons.
No concrete details have been released as of yet, but Simpsons creator Matt Groening is known to be a fan, going so far as to draw a picture of Newsom in the style of the cartoon.

the simpsons will always be the shit even if they had bad seasons. their good seasons are so good that they make up for all the bad seasons, and like soapysoap said, even their bad episodes are still watchable.
