Decoder Post Demo

Decoder, a post-hardcore band recently formed by ex-members of Versa-Emerge, Of Machines, and Oceana, have posted a demo on their myspace for a song called "Dreamcatcher". The band is currently recording their debut LP which is set for a 2011 release on Rise Records.

Actually for a rise band they don't sound generic at all, stoked to hear more.

Screams could use work though, but I guess it's only a demo.

Reminds me of a band from my home city called Judges. They do this 100x better. Still good tho. I was deff expecting The Tide v2.

This was very good. It sounds like a blend of Clean Head and Chris Roetter screams. Very good blend and a change in sound in my opinion. Sounds more Progressive than most bands in the current "scene". All in all good song and hope the others are as good as this one.
