Is this serious?
'Dance the Way I Feel' is one of my biggest guilty pleasures of the year. Soooooooooooooooo catchy, even if you wanna hate it.
Damn, that sucks
Any word on whether he was on medication/depressive etc?
Can't say I've heard of them before but this is really sad. R.I.P.
its a shame so many tragic events have befallen the music world this year...
why... can't... i... hate... this... song....
Ugh. And their forthcoming album is called "Christ Died for Our Synths"...
"On August 20th, Charles Haddon, the lead singer of the band, took his own life after a performance at Pukkelpop, Belgium. He did so by jumping off "a mast", backstage in the parking area." - Wikipedia
excuse my stupidity, but what the fuck is a mast?
i can only think of a ship's mast but that doesn't really make too much sense
holy fuck cock.
I dunno either, but that's really intense to kill yourself right after doing a show. Eventually
someone is going to do it DURING a show.
really sucks. rip
never heard of em, but agreed with the why can't I hate this song comment, haha.
Where is the Swimming Pool?
Digging: Painted in Exile - The Ordeal
I read this wrong, I originally thought this meant he had committed suicide because of the performance.
Quite liked them in all honesty, quite a shame.
Fuck, I love Dance the Way I Feel. But, considering the lyrics, he was obviously a depressed guy.
Maybe people should wait until they're legends before killing themselves, like Elliott Smith.
Oh my god, 'Dance The Way I Feel' is my jam at the moment, this is tragic. RIP
Apparently a member of the band had jumped in the crowd after their show. Landed on some girl who had to be taken away with an ambulance. After that the singer jumps to death. Don't know if the two are related..
"[I]Don't like the look of that mast"
joly quote from max payne
shit, terrible news. Band was a big guilty pleasure.
i also heard someone was injured and it was his fault something along those lines, sucks still
i found the song Dance The Way I Feel absolutely horrible
but still sad news
Is this gonna delay their next performance?
Song ruled, shattered to hear.
