The indie-rock band, Eels, released a new song, "Looking Up", from their upcoming album. Frontman Mark Oliver Everett describes the album as, "A new beginning and another chance. The blooming of all new possibilities. The hope that was always there coming to fruition." He claims that the album will be "warm" and will resemble a "celebration". Everett hopes to increase the use of electronic instruments in order to reflect his newfound optimism. The album, "tomorrow morning" will be released on August 24, 2010.

Song's pretty good, if the rest of the album is like this, it'll be around a 3.5 for me.
