It has no personality of it's own other than the vocalists lame voice. Grohl's voice is way better and I don't even like the Foo Fighters.

Hmmmmm, do I really want to risk hearing this band possibly (probably) ruin the only FF I really like?

it just sounds exactly like the original except the riffs and a few screams in the verses

i actually think this is pretty decent... but the screams or whatever those are supposed to be seem too forced on this one

i like how they ask ppl to request the song on their local radiostation....who listens to the radio that likes ET? and wouldnt you just want to hear the original on the radio?

i can picture ppl going "WTF? this isnt the everlong im used to hearing 1-2 times a day..."

Writers block had some awesome cover songs on it fyi

Curse.

I actually thought this wasn't bad, people need to get out more if they think this vocalist sucks.

This is half decent..I don't think anyone ever can do it better or even as good as Grohl.

These guys are no good, and the Foo Fighters can be pretty formulaic at times, but everlong is a great song.

This is kinda old, and in all honesty, I loved the part right before the verses where they variated the riffs a little, made the songs a little more catchy. I also agree the screams sounded forced. But otherwise, very decent cover.

If they hadn't turned the main riff into a fucking breakdown, it would be a good cover. The background screaming works for the most part. It eventually gets lost in the clich├ęs of the genre unfortunately, though not as piss-poor a cover as I expected
