Neo-psychedelic indie duo MGMT release album artwork for their upcoming album, "Congratulations," featuring what seems to be a three headed surfing cat.

Yes you are. I've listened and it's okay but nothing requiring further listens. Everyone I know proclaims this band to be the best thing since sliced bread. They're not. Mystery solved.
