California-by-way-of-Dublin rockers Flogging Molly have posted the video for their new single, 'Punch Drunk Grinning Soul,' to MySpace. The video is prefaced with a rather serious appeal to spread awareness of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I've only heard Drunken Lullabies, which very much enjoy still, although this doesn't measure up to most of that album. I should still get more of their work though.

I loved this band until I discovered The Pogues.

Oh shut up Zion, the Pogues, however righteous they may be, they do not have anywhere near the same amount energy conveyed through their music that Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphy's do.
You get no cool points and no one's "mad respect" for name dropping.

^ i agree. i like the pogues but that doesn't stop me from liking flogging molly or dropkick.

From what I've heard from both bands, Dropkick Murphys are far and far more on the punk side of the fence than Flogging Molly though.
