I've been watching this thing since its inception, and bought a copy, so I can safely say I had a part in this. It makes me so happy that people rebelled and overturned a huge monopolistic system, and RATM is the perfect band to represent this movement. :D

What music is there is controlled, knowbody was going to get no.1 apart from the x-factor without a private campaign. It's not the genre, it's the control of who can domintae the market that was rebelled against.

simon cowell doesn't control anything - he's successful because he makes music that a lot of people like - it's not a minority controlling the charts when you consider most music in the charts is closer to X Factor stuff than RATM style stuff
