A 2005 Deerhunter CD-R album titled Carve Your Initials Into the Wall of the Night has been posted to the band's blog for free download. Frontman Bradford Cox describes the record as "very experimental in nature".

musicaddiction, this album is NOTHING like any of their work. I really don't know why this is even released under Deerhunter, as it's more fit for some random experimental side project.
