Gucci Mane Going to Jail
2009-11-12 by Alex C. Soothsayer | 32 Comments

Rapper Gucci Mane has been sentenced to a year in prison for a parole violation, though this may be reduced to six months on good behaviour.

Nothing is known on how this will affect his upcoming album The State Vs. Radric Davis, which is scheduled to release on December 8, though presumably a contingency plan is in place.

This saddens me. He was at the top of the game, he was arguably the hottest rapper of 2009, and this is a devastating blow to his career...

FREE GUCCI!

gucci mane is one of the hottest rappers around right now and if you don't recognize that, you probably think that the early 90s were the best years for hip hop and that Stones Throw, Def Jux, and Rhymesayers are responsible for bringing real hip hop back

well that's obvious dude, but you need to stop spouting this "conscious vs w/e else" argument that you're so high on. he's good for sure, but not a brilliant god of rapping that you're propping him up to be.

it was the other way around...jeezy put out money for somebody to steal gucci's So Icy chain (because the So Icy song was what started their beef), and gucci killed him

sorry about my drunken rant comment, i like stuff on all those labels but they just annoy me from time to time

and gucci is dope as hell

Wait yea, I like 2/3 of those labels. P.O.S. is the sole reason I'll even consider open mindedness towards rap anymore.
