Rapper Gucci Mane has been sentenced to a year in prison for a parole violation, though this may be reduced to six months on good behaviour.
Nothing is known on how this will affect his upcoming album The State Vs. Radric Davis, which is scheduled to release on December 8, though presumably a contingency plan is in place.
