New Coalesce Song & EP
2009-10-19 by Adam Thomas STAFF | 16 Comments
Kansas City metalcore legends Coalesce have announced a November 10th release date for their OX EP. The OX EP is the followup to OX, the band's first album in 10 years which was released earlier this year, and features five new tracks, one of which "Through Sparrows I Rest" is streaming on Coalesce's official myspace page.

According to the band the OX EP contains "5 new original coalesce songs. There are 7 tracks, but 1 and 7 are a percussive intro and outro. These songs are not cuts that didn’t make ox. We wrote and recorded these songs specifically for an ep release after ox was already done and delivered to Relapse for production. We continued our americana theme and expanded them on these songs, therefore wanted them to be considered part of the 2009 ox sessions."

Min. 1.33. It's Ingram's daughter. I'd say talent flows through family veins xD

the EP release date is from last week but the song was just put up. I combined the two since most people probably didn't know of either.

sounds awesome. I'm kind of upset that the OX hype disappeared because its still one of my top albums of the year.

Yes, 2009 keeps on getting better. First OX, my fav of the year, then OX EP to solidify it's position ? You better believe that !
