Ratboy seemed like a dick imo. Davison is pretty good, but the chemistry on FPU was perfect and I'd prefer them to just get an unknown new drummer.

I was bummed when I first heard this news but Davison is an awesome replacement, he deserves to be in a band like this. One hell of a talented guy.

"I offered Daniel Davison the opportunity to become full-time father to my children and after giving it some thought he decided he'd much rather fill the role as ETID's drummer."

Davidson>
but i don't know how long this will work out. Pretty similar music but going from christian bands to ETID seems like quite a culture shock.

Glad to see they brought someone awesome like Daniel. Obviously, they chose him because they know him and like him. To think that "christian" bands don't live in the "real" world is funny. I don't think he'll be shocked at all.

Daniel hasn't been a Christian for awhile, but it's not like he hasn't been a part of the scene for a long
time. What would there be for him to be culture shocked about?
