I remember reading something a long time ago somewhere, where they said that they were dropping a bunch of the harsh vox (pretty much all of it) and this is gonna be mostly clean. This was like 2 years ago though so idk but that really worries me for a double lp if it's true

I thought their EP was okay but I wasn't terribly fond of the clean vocal style. If he dropped the screams altogether I probably won't enjoy this much. I'll check it out though.

I don't actively dislike these guys. I was even really excited to listen to their EP at one point. They are totally competent musicians too! Something about their songwriting just doesn't do anything for me.

Nah its just that too many bands try to add djent elements in their music, but fail miserably. But not everyone is as talented as animals as leaders ofc.

It was self produced so give them a little credit. I just think "awful" is a bit of an overstatement
