The Smashing Pumpkins stream new LP

The latest Smashing Pumpkins album, Monuments to an Elegy, featuring Jeff Schroeder and Tommy Lee, is streaming today, 12/2 on iTunes First Play.

Monuments to an Elegy will be released on December 9th via Martha's Music/BMG. The album and its companion piece, Day for Night (expected release in 2015), will be the final parts of the band's ongoing Teargarden by Kaleidyscope series.

Yep, as expected trying to get iTunes to fulfil it's function and actually PLAY THE FUCKING ALBUM is completely futile, guess I'll wait

Am I the only one that thinks this is just okay? I've had a pre-release stream so I've had access to it for a few weeks now and I think it's just standard Pumpkins. Not bad, but a little uninspired. Which is a shame, because I loved Oceania.
