there's a lot i really like about this track: the riff, a few of the lines, the general force of it... but it doesn't seem to all come together for me. still excited about this though

Wasn't blown away but pretty good song. Would have been pretty average if it was on their last album which was awesome

To me, OTIP is one of those records where individually almost all of the songs are lame except three or four but as a whole work the record is amazing. I personally thought this song was great individually, and I hope/expect this record to come off similarly.

I'm not saying they sucked, they just weren't that impressive they put on an average show for me. Maybe i would of felt different if i had actually known some of their albums or at least had heard some of their songs beforehand.

God damn that black/creme vinyl sold out so fast. I waited one day and it was gone. Pre ordered the black vinyl though so all is good I suppose. This song is great, can't wait for the whole album.

Crawl, the songs that I find lame are as follows: Ava House (boring), Sun Hotel (great intro but overly repetitive outro/drums), Nice Things (decent first verse but that's it). Sculptors and Vandals are I Can't Seem To Tell are pretty good but not fantastic. Mexican Guitars and Casey outshine the rest of the tracks by far. But it's not like I'm insulting them. It's my first or second favorite album. Ever. I'm just saying I don't think their individual tracks stand out THAT much.

I'd say you didn't use the adjective "lame" correctly.
