Took a few listens for this to really sink in. It doesn't have the immediacy of some of their other stuff, and I agree that the mixing in the beginning is weird. Jordan is almost always at the forefront but he's kind of buried for awhile there.

Lyrics are fucking great though. I feel like this is gonna make a lot more "sense" in the context of the record. It mostly feels like it's a part of some bigger thing.

4/5 based on first listen. Sounds a lot like Wildlife. It's two weeks into January and I'm already pretty confident of one of my AOTY contenders

I really dig this new song. I hope it reflects the new album, kind of a branch off from wildlife. My expectations are high for this album! Going to see them live March 25th in Phoenix c:

really relieved upon hearing this, was worried that harder harmonies was the end of their run but this is really solid.
