Well you can. Because the District Attorney or Public Prosecutor or whatever they they call them wherever you are will invariably throw every conceivable and related charge against you in the hope that one of them will have substantial supporting evidence in the eyes of the judge. You can have someone accuse you of rape and also be charged with aggravated assault, battery, sexual assault, assault and so on without ANY of it having to be true.
