Every project these guys have done since the hiatus is mediocre at best. I'm not too interested in anything they put out unless they're all doing it together.

SOAD is fucking awesome, but I don't even know how good a new album from them would be. It'd probably be similar to that of Hypnotize which wasn't very good. Not to mention Serj's voice has gotten, and continues to get, considerably less angry and brutal (for lack of a better term) so something like self titled or Toxicity isn't very likely. If these four kiss and make up, we'd be lucky to get something more like Mezmerize. Regardless, I still have hope that they will at least release something. I love Serj's solo stuff. Harakiri was badass, but I'd still like to see some new SOAD.

The fact they're discussing a studio album is good enough for me. I've waited this long, I can wait some more. But if they disband after this tour, hopefully they repress all of their LPs and I will forgive them and let them R.I.P.
