Dillinger lyric video

2013-05-06 by Julianna Reed EMERITUS | 21 Comments
Math/metalcore group The Dillinger Escape Plan has released a lyric video for its recent single, "Prancer." If you've ever wondered what the hell Greg Puciato is shouting in the track, look no further-- although it's advisable to keep the 'pause' button within reach, as the words are still easy to miss.

Also, there's a cool message about 'swan songs' in the beginning of the video. Interpret it how you may.

Lyric videos are so fucking stupid.

Don't really see why. It's a kind of artistically driven way to present the lyrics, and I don't have an issue with that.

"Lyric videos are so fucking stupid."

Agreed but this one is alright. It keeps up with the pace of the song at least.

I like reading lyrics to songs with harsh vocals that I would otherwise not understand. So therefore lyric videos are nice to have instead of having to look up the lyrics and read along.

It would've been better if I could actually read the damn lyrics and if it actually had all the words. A lyric video where they don't even add all the lyrics to the song! Who thinks this shit up?

andcas where are you hearing this from? They've gotten huge and they're playing with people that they idolized, I don't
see any signs of them slowing down

EDIT: I don't think that's what the Swan Song thing meant at all, if that's what you were implying

I think the swan song thing has to do with the lyrics of the song and not the band splitting.

You can get a poster/cd/vinyl bundle for $12 plus a shirt/tank for $8/$10 extra. If you people steal this shit just know you're the reason.
