bland and no riffs
| |
WE GET IT TREB YOU DONT LIKE IT
| |
Cool, need to check this more properly.
| |
yeah cause we all haven't been listening to it for weeks now
| |
The people who don't like it comment first... classic sputnik elitism garbage.
| |
You do realize being elite is a good thing right
Like when Joe Flacco said he was elite he wasn't self loathing ya know
| |
I have no idea how I feel about this album.
| |
If you sit on the fence you might fall off it.
| |
i thought they just released one
| |
would you run down past the fence?
| |
listening to this as an album is way better than streaming individual songs on youtube like i was for all of last week. so far this is awesome.
| |
I'm waiting to buy the actual album, don't wanna spoil it any more than I already have (i've heard like half the album already) but from what I can tell it's great.
i thought they just released one
It's a 2-part album
You do realize being elite is a good thing right
In some cases, yes. However, for music, I'd rather find something I like about a song than something I don't like. It just makes things easier
| |
This album is amazing. Especially when you listen to both halves together. Easily the most diverse record they've made, and their best since Good Apollo.
Highlights: Sentry, Number City, 2's My Favorite 1
| |
Album sucks. Are they a pop band now or what. Also no riffs.
| |
Gravity's Union is the best thing they've ever written.
| |
that is very very false of you to say!
| |
I don't get the hate at all.
| |
the afterman > good apollo sry
| |
"are they a pop band now"
they always have been
| |
LOL YEAH OKAY SHELFMASTER
| |
A full day?! Wow whee
Album is alright though.
| |
It lacks all of their best qualities...riffs and jams.
| |
afterman: completion is best c&c since ga1
| |
No, they've always been a pop band. Second Stage, Keeping Secrets, GA1... GA2 and YOTBR deviated from the pop influence, but it's back.
| |
Album is pretty good. 2's My Favorite 1 boasts "worst song title in recent history" but is actually a pretty good song. Maybe the songs aren't quite as memorable as Afterman 1 or earlier Coheed efforts, but the best tracks from each of the Afterman makes one hell of a strong effort -- best since GA1 certainly. And for those who don't think Coheed has always been poppy, see *most of GA1*.
| |
They should have stuck a heavier song near the end. The last 4 songs are good, but lack the energy of
tracks 2-5.
| |
I never listened to these guys, but heard a lot of great things about them. I just downloaded this record. I only heard The Afterman, the music is cool and those vocals are haunting.
| |
those vocals are haunting.
It's amazing how far the vocals have come. They were so awful and gimmicky on early releases.
| |
I keep going back to that song for two days now, it got stuck in my head. I'm starting to listen to Descension now.
| |
lol Claudio sounds so bored on the last two blah albums they put out
| |
2's my favorite 1 may be the most perfect ending to any of their albums, and that's saying a lot.
| |
I can't make sense of these comments with 2 and 1
| |
Oh never mind it's the name of the song
| |
This is cool. Thank you based Coheed.
