I want to still love this band like the NSNiNP days.
I really do.

Fuuuuck yeah. This is going to rule.
|
| |
kind of excited. hope they reach their goal.
|
| |
I've got high hopes for this one.
|
| |
showbread is awesome, i like that bands are starting to use kickstarter. the entrance band is using it for their new album as well. looking forward to both albums.
|
| |
One of the great Christian bands.
|
| |
These guys are really creative. I didn't enjoy their last album as much as their older stuff but I'll definitely check this out.
|
| |
should i check this band out? some scene girl showed me this band in high school so i automatically dismissed them as bad
|
| |
sweet
|
| |
good to hear they're still goin at it.
havent listened to these guys since age of reptiles
|
| |

Good to hear saw them a few weeks ago with The Chariot was an amazing concert
|
| |
I didn't even realize they were still around :/ I stopped listening to them when the Fear of God came out. I didn't even enjoy anything after No Sir, mostly because of Ivory Mobley's absence.
|
| |
this band has some pretty chaotic blood brothers esque stuff
|
| |
awful band
ramy don't be that guy
|
| |
this band has been terrible since No Sir, Nihilism Is Not Practical. they've lost all their energy and gotten obsessed with being grandiose and a little self-righteous.
|
| |
I remember seeing these guys in Rincon, GA 6 years ago. As long as they still have the keytar player, this will rule hard.
|
| |
"they've lost all their energy and gotten obsessed with being grandiose and a little self-righteous."
lol having personally known the band for five and a half years, this is nowhere near the truth.
|
| |
^Haven't seen IAmInsect around here for a while, kind of figured there'd be a sighting on this thread.
When they did Who Can Know It? I was able to throw $250 their way. This time around, I'm not nearly in that kind of position, but I want to see what happens with this. WCKI? wasn't exactly my favorite, but I love that they had the balls to do it. Hope this is awesome, as I really love it when Josh Dies goes all out. His books, as well as Anorexia Nervosa, are fucking awesome.

grandiose: Anorexia Nervosa, the failed concept album
self-righteous: the entirety of Who Can Know It?
also listen to No Sir and WCKI? back to back and tell me they haven't lost their energy
|
| |
also i don't think it's fair-weather to say "man this band used to be good" when in all honesty, they used to be really good, and they've just lost their spark
|
| |
Yeah I don't see how AN was a failure at all.
|
| |
Really excited to see which direction they take with this album. Last album was amazing just like the rest of their work.
|
| |
105% funded. Boom.
|
| |
Killerrrrrr
