it's very possible. you can use a baritone and/or a 7 or 8 string and/or specially made thickass strings. i have a baritone 8 string with a .90 gauge string for the f# and it works fine: hell, i can get it to E without too much difficulty

And i was saying how it should be the other way around so that these Shitty bands could actually spend more time making an album so that maybe they could create something half decent. I think The Acacia Strain were in Drop F# on Wormwood from what I can recall. Anything below Drop B starts to lose the sharpness in the tone I think, but sometimes it's acceptable for bands to go balls to the wall br00tal for a song with Drop G.

I think this could be a big step in the right direction for Emmure. While I'm in no way a fan of their previous work, Speaker of the Dead definitiely showed strides in their creativity. I'm interested to see what the Between the Buried and Me influcnce from Mark Castillo will do to their music. I dont have high hopes for it, but I'm definitely gonna give it a chance
