Easily the best of her new singles so far.
|
| |
This goes down easy, yeah. A little, um, "generic" (obv., but songs like "Bad Romance" and "Alejandro" never struck me as such, even though they're sonically sort of similar) in that its chorus sounds too much like a Kelly Clarkson song melodically, but still real good. Plus, saxophone!
|
| |
This is the least interesting song she's ever made. It did make me want to listen to 'Summerboy' though. I really don't know why.
|
| |
That was actually pretty good, I'm getting my hopes up for 'Born This Way'!
|
| |
I actually liked the title track. This might be a bit better, though.
|
| |
Song is actually pretty sick. Wow.
|
| |
Wow angel I didn't expect that from you.
|
| |
I love how idiots are already giving the album troll 1 ratings
|
| |
Lol. She might just be the only contemporary pop artist I have any respect for.
|
| |
=[ you don't like Marina?
|
| |
Well, I was mainly referring to mainstream artists. Marina is very talented, and I love Florence and the Machine.
|
| |
Respect man, I never knew you had such great taste.
|
| |
:/
Not feelin' it as much as the other two.
|
| |
Was decent, but the chorus is a bit boring. Pop usually takes forever to grow on me though.
|
| |
eh, i think she's losing her edge. the fame monster's singles were great imo.... now i just pay attention to her because her aesthetics are genius
|
| |
its chorus sounds too much like a Kelly Clarkson song melodically
kelly clarkson >>>>>> lady gaga
|
| |
not bad, not particularly good either. could have been written/performed by anyone. i think i'd prefer Pink to sing it
|
| |
its chorus sounds too much like a Kelly Clarkson song melodically
this too
|
| |
not bad, pretty upbeat
|
| |
I really liked it. I still have a bad taste in my mouth after seeing the album cover. She has to change that. I know it shouldn't matter. But my god . . .
|
| |
"kelly clarkson >>>>>> lady gaga"
123
|
| |
lol I remember when Lady Gaga was relevant.
Not a bad song though, the most promising I've heard from her in a little while
|
| |
should anyone care? were all going to know this song by heart 3 months from now....
|
| |
knew what the chorus sounded like before hearing it
|
| |
I'm getting more whiffs of Bonnie Tyler-Stevie Nicks than Kelley Clarkson tbh.
It's alright, digging Judas more though.
|
| |
SHE SO HAWT
NAWT
|
| |
burn the witch! burn her!
|
| |
The Fame Moster is great. I'd say at least a 4 from me. I'm not feeling these new ones as much. Judas is probably my favorite of the three.
The Sax solo in this new on is unexpected. Good though.
|
| |
The chorus is so damn infectious. This is the best of the 3 songs released so far.
|
| |
this.... is not very good
|
| |
Its a hell of a lot better than the other two
|
| |
Don't like how bland the lyrics are in this one. Not saying that her older singles had deep lyrics but they at least kept my interest. Hope the songs on the album match Judas in quality, that was easily the best out of the three singles.
|
| |
damn i guess all her good ideas are gone
|
| |
why the hell has she put so much out before the actual album drops? like legit everyone's already forgot born this way and the album still has like 2 weeks til it drops.
|
| |
Actually not so bad. Like it better than her past few singles.
|
| |
Judas was pretty boring tbh but not nearly as bad as born this way
this song is pretty bland
|
| |
Wow so many different opinions. Song was boring and generic to me. Sappy and lovey-dovey isn't a good look on her.
|
| |
thought it was kind of boring.
|
| |
sublimefan1991 - she's creating/getting interest by releashing "so much" before the album drops. GaGa could be following a trend most commonly used in Asia, where artist release 3 or more singles before the album. The singles sometimes are given way more promotions than the actual album. That creates like a public fenzy to hear/buy the album when it actually comes out increasing the sales.
Anyway this song reminds of Ultra Nate in the 90s
|
| |
pop and rap artists make A LOT of money on itunes off of singles
that's why
|
| |
Weren't record labels trying to get itunes downloads counted as sales so the artist wouldn't get paid more if they were counted as licenses?
. . . it could be the other way I can't remember
|
| |
im not sure exactly what you're talking about, but now that we've had itunes for over a decade, im sure they've perfected recording and release contracts for big fish like lady gaga and brit spears and kanye...
|
| |
At least it was better than Judas.
I never liked gaga anyways.
|
| |
Right now I think she's closer to the edge of mediocrity
Saxophone bit sounds like the starting to a morning chat show, and the rest sounds like something out of the eurovision song contest.
|
| |
Lady GaGa is the co-writer and co-producer of this new single alongside Fernando Garibay and DJ White Shadow. Taking inspiration from her late grandfather, she said the song is "about your last moment on earth, the moment of truth, the moment before you leave earth."

|
| |
this is so bland. I liked Judas though
|
| |
Tried to like it but this is pretty boring.
|
| |
man this is so weird, its almost like a normal pop song coming from gaga.
I aint no fan of her but this is actually alright... kinda raises my expectations for born this way after hearing the born this way single, (which might i ad was one of the worst songs ive ever heard in my life).
One of the better songs from her, although i still believe paparazzi was her best! >
|
| |
PEOPLE CARE!?
|
| |
pretty boring, as have all the new songs been for me. Though I did like Fame Monster.
still can't get over this albums artwork though.
|
| |
@Theacademy- This article should clear things up: http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/musicblog/2011/apr/29/eminem-download-licence-universal-music

| |
yay more music to never listen to
|
| |
5 minutes 21 seconds of pure orgasm < 3
You did it again mamma Mons†er †
|
| |
I wouldn't even call this music.
It's more of a product.
|
| |
"It's more of a product."
no shit
|
| |
this is shit utter shit
|
| |
most overused chord progression of life
|
| |
lol glass knows
honestly like 45347875903475 songs use it
|
| |
This song is so boring. I can't believe anyone is actually praising this as one of the better things she has done...
|
| |
She's about the only pop artist I have respect for but this song isn't very original at all
|
| |
lol I remember when Lady Gaga was relevant.
I'd love for you to explain why she's apparently so irrelevant
Oh, and song rules. Candidate for AOTY
>dat fucking sax
|
| |
I'd love for you to explain why she's apparently so irrelevant
because she sucks.
objectively prove me wrong owait YOU CAN'T
|
| |
i love you Emim
|
| |
Also, I tried to change her picture to one that's, y'know, not shit. Why hasn't it gone through
|
| |
This is boring and generic as hell. She's definitely moving in a bad direction for the most part from what we can tell from released tracks.
|
| |
