20The Black Seeds
Dust and Dirt

Aussie Psychedelic Reggae
19The Shins
Port of Morrow

Not as good as Broken Bells but decent
18Animal Collective
Centipede Hz

Another dissapointment coming of MPP. Wish there was more Panda Bear less Avery Tear but still some good songs on here.
17The Life and Times
No one loves you like i do

Decent concept album by the former Shiner lead man
1610 Years
Minus the Machine

Consistent record
15Breaking Orbit

Great Aussie Prog Rock discovery
14The Smashing Pumpkins

Surprizingly better than I thought
13 Stone Sour
House of Gold and Bones Pt 1

Just average coming off Audio Secrecy
12British Theatre
Dyed in the Wool Ghost

It is only an EP but anything resembles Oceansize you know is good.
11The Dirty Heads
Cabin by the sea

Good summer BBQ music
10Slightly Stoopid
Top of the world

A little bit of a dissapointment after a 5 year lay off from a new record but SS still makes dope rthythm's
9Tame Impala

Didn't have as much time as I would have liked to listen to this one but so far so good and on par with Innerspeaker

Short and to the point, good work out music.
7Grizzly Bear

At first this album was a little bit of a snooze fest but there is some good music on here. It actually got a high amount of plays on my iPod and thus deserved a higher ranking.
Koi No Yokan

A little disappointed by this release but it grew on me the more I listened to it. Don't be surprised if they really change up their sound on their next record.
5Frank Ocean
Channel Orange

Took a chance and bought this album and surprised that I really liked it. Not really and R & B person but this record crosses a number of different genres from R & B, soul, to alternative, psychedic and so on.

These guys craft songs with a good beat
3 Godspeed You! Black Emperor
'Allelujah! Don't Bend! Ascend!

Just bought this within the past week and it is all I have been listening to since
Yellow and Green

With Red and Blue they pushed their sound so far, they only way to go was a change and I liked their sound on Yellow and Green

I like the way they reinvent themselves on each new album
