I say premature because it's not set in stone, and Blakroc's album hasn't hit the interweb yet. And who knows what other hidden gems are going to reveal themselves the remaining two months of 2009. But I think it can't be argued that this has been a solid year for music.
There's something about 2 that bores me. Big Tuna has got the point that it lacks intensity. 11 was disappointing for me and 14 is probably the best thing on here.
