| My All-time Favorite Albums
A list of my all time favorite albums (in no particular order) | 1 | | The Ramones Ramones
I know every word to every song on this classic. I love everything about it, from the buzzsaw
guitars of Johnny to the wild and weird vocals of Joey and the fast pounding rythem of Tommys
drumming. The songs are all short and sweet, straight to the point, catchy as hell and funny too.
This will forever be my favorite band and album of all time | 2 | | Scarface Greatest Hits
Scarface is one of the best rappers of all time. He has a badass flow, consistantly excellant lyrics,
awesome beat selection, and equally stone cold and self-concious. He tells a story with grit and
grace, and whatever hetalks about its always compelling in one way or another. This greatest hits
piles up a lot of his greatest songs, but every album of his is ill. | 3 | | Wu-Tang Clan Enter the 36 CHAMBERS
This album is so raw and hardcore, and RZAs beats are cold as ice. The wu came into the game
swinging with all they got, verbally assaulting your eardrums with thier ill flows and violent
rhymes. A classic album that will never get old. | 4 | | The Misfits Collection 1 & 2
Next to the Ramones, the Misfits are my all-time favorite punk band. I remember hearing She for
the first time and instantly fell in love. Glenn Danzig has an amazing voice, and writes great
horror-themed lyrics that are over the top and darkly humorous. These two collections contain
some of the greatest punk rock songs of all time | 5 | | Al Green Greatest Hits
Al Green has the most compelling, distinguished voice in the Soul genre. His songs are timeless,
and are good for making love to, having a romantic dinner with your lover, or just to brighten
your mood and chill out to. | 6 | | MURS Murs 3:16, The 9th Edition
Murs is one of the best emcees of all tike and is sorely underrated. His flow is so fluent and
casual, it feels like hes right there talking to you. His lyrics are clever and easy to follow, and 9th
Wonder did an amazing job producing this album. Murs and 9th are one of the best dj/mc
pairings in hip hop history. | 7 | | Metallica Ride The Lightning
In my opinion Metallicas best album and the greatest metal album of all time. The guitarwork is
amazing, the lyrics are dark and well-written, the drums are loud and heavy, and the bass is
incredible. James Hetfields voice oozes angst and tension, and Kirks solos never go overboard into
noodling, they play more like compositions. Lars isnt a drummer that goes all over the place, he
just keeps the rythm tight and consistant. Also this album was incredibly influential back in its
day, inspiring countless metal musicians with its perfection. | 8 | | TV On The Radio Return To Cookie Mountain
Unique, well put together, excellant production, awesome melodys and poetic lyrics. The singing
is soothing and soft as silk. A beautiful album and an incredible band. | 9 | | J Cole Friday Night Lights
This isnt actually an album, its a mixtape. But this mixtape is better them most rappers albums. J
cole has a great flow and awesome lyrics, and the beat selection is suberb. The topics range from
playfull flirting, love letters, socially concious ramblings, retrospection, the struggles of being an
underground rapper on the rise and clever boasts and punchlines. Undeniably one of the
greatest rap mixtapes of all time. | 10 | | Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers L.A.M.F
After the New York Dolls split up, sylvian and Johnny got together with a new band. A group of
street-smart, degenerate junkies with a lot of anger, frustrated sexuality, and riffs to burn. The
Heartbreakers first and only album is a total classic, full of dissapointment, yearning for love, and
good old fashioned barroom rock n roll played sloppily which actually works in its favor.some of
johnny Thunders best songwriting and guitarwork is in this album. | |

10.13.12 | sweet business dude, ramones rule | menawati
10.13.12 | at least there is no swans and fking brand new in it | Trebor.
10.13.12 | misfits and wu-tang m/ | ColorTheGreys
10.14.12 | I feel like you lose credibility when you list a band's greatest hits | ZGP1992
10.16.12 | Swans are ok, Brand New sucks, and I listed the greatest hits albums bc i had no particular favorite album of Scarface and the Misfits Collection comps have better sound quality then the original albums do. Plus Al Greens greatest hits is better then any of his albums imo. | ZGP1992
10.16.12 | Also idk why i put j cole on here and i got too carried away about the mixtape, seeing as how i was trying to describe these albums while intoxicated. So in place of J Coles tape ima go with The Distillers' "Sing Sing Death House" | Uranium
10.16.12 | in n out in n out oh mother of the world where are you nowwww |
