Meshuggah literally fucks their E string and fills their songs with shitty content and bad screaming. Periphery has some innovative guitar sections, but the singer ruins it. He screams with decency but his cleans are sometimes unbearable. Honestly I think that the pure djent bands are all shit. Progressive all the way. Hey man, try some Bewteen the Buried and Me, Protest the Hero, the Safety Fire, Last Chance to Reason, or Corelia. |
