My parents are lame as hell and I don't say that because they don't get fucked up with me and my friends but just because their ideas of fun are reading, sight seeing, and relaxing by a pool which is basically the total opposite of me. They're just generally reserved people. I'm the black sheep of my family and I just think it's cool to have a middle aged woman who can relate with 22 year olds and talk to us like we're at the same stage of life. She works in a hospital and 3 of the 4 kids are college students who also have jobs, and the 4th is a high school senior with a job. So despite what you think she's far from pathetic.
