andcas 01.17.13	hype shut up. it fits within the context of the scene. rudd's character from knocked up is a record executive and in this movie he's left to branch out on his own but his record label is tanking because all he focuses on is trying to revive once iconic bands who no one cares about anymore because of today's music scene. he tries to get graham parker back into business but the album sells badly so in a last ditch effort he flies out the rumour which is the rest of his band in a last ditch effort to play a show to switch things around. barely anyone shows up but billie because he's a big fan and there's a funny exchange there.
