Just to show how Sputnik has influenced me over the past few months, rcontrasted with the rinfluences of the radio and other stuff, mainly in terms of rmetal. List alternates between old r(radio/etc.) and new (sputnik influenced), rstarting with old. I still listen to a bit of the old, but the rnew is very much rprevalent at this point.
Number 9 was a HUGE one for me. Liked Hybrid Theory for quite a while, and then got extremely bored with it. I still love that Slipknot record though (haven't listened to it in forever). Great list. I had a lot of the same tastes as you did.
@hankdee27 Yeah I think the only two albums on this list that are still on my iPod are Hybrid Theory and the Slipknot s/t, been awhile since I listened to them.
