17th Birthday Electronic List

My birthday is tomorrow, but I won't be on sputnik at all tomorrow. Got 17 sweet electronic digs rrrrrfrom this year that you guys should check out =] This is in no order.
We Had A Carnival

2012 - EBM/Industrial (Has a very trancey fell, but aggro to the tech this up)
Picture This

2012 - Deep House (Pretty damn awesome and sexy too)
15Kangding Ray
Monad XI

2012 - Techno (I love this so much more than OR. In my opinion, OR was pretty boring, but I loved the direction and atmosphere it had)
New Land

2012 - Techno (Pretty much a straightforward techno ep that fuckin' rules)
13Tor Lundvall
The Shipyard

2012 - Drone/Experimental Ambient (uuggghhh, listened to this on repeat yesterday, this is amazing stuff)

2012 - IDM (A lot different from his old stuff, but he couldn't have done it any better)
11Boddika and Joy Orbison

2012 - Techno (Only two songs and it's pure gold)
Salty Days

2012 - Deep House (This is pretty damn good, doesn't really bring anything new to the genre, but it's a great effort)
9Daniel Stefanik

2012 - Techno/House (Awesome techno music, perfect for a fancy night)
8Television Sky
Endless Surface

2012 - Ambient (Footnotes, 'nuff said)
The Killer

2012 - Techno (Still a really strong effort by Shed, his older stuff is better, but this is still really good)
6Mouse on Mars

2012 - IDM (Quite possibly the best thing these guys have ever done)
5Silent Harbour
Silent Harbour

2012 - Dub Techno (So good, and elegant)

2012 - Dub Techno/Dubstep (Deadbeat does it again with this masterpiece of an album, blending techno and dubstep together so beautifully)
3Ricardo Villalobos
Dependent And Happy

2012 - Minimal Techno/House (This is so damn good; only gripe is the length, and it's hard to pay attention to it)
Just To Feel Anything

2012 - Ambient/Electro (Wasn't expecting this at all. Doesn't sound anything at all like Does It Look Like I'm Here or What Happened, but they manage to make a solid album.
1Tim Hecker and Daniel Lopatin
Instrumental Tourist

2012 - Ambient/Drone (Fucking awesome, I really like the blend of both Hecker sounds and Point Never stuff)
