01.11.13 | You can definitely get cd's cheap. I prefer vinyl if the album is good enough though. Thinking of grabbing 1 off there, I didn't realize it was pressed on vinyl until recently. |

01.11.13 | When I bought CD's, it was the best place to get them. Nowadays, I pretty much just exclusively get either mp3s or vinyl, though. |

JamieTwort
01.12.13 | I get a lot of my CDs from Amazon. Most of the CD stores near me don't stock the stuff I want and even when they do it's often ridiculously overpriced. |
angrypittsburghdad1
01.12.13 | I buy cd's sometimes. Never needed to buy a cd from amazon. Random finds at record stores are better. Although still considering getting Neil Perry's Lineage Situation from amazon. |
Wolfhorde
01.12.13 | Amazon has almost everything and unless it's imported the prices are usually more reasonable. |
angrypittsburghdad1
01.12.13 | For rare vinyl discogs is much better for prices and availability, but I want pay the artist for the music they created, that's why bandcamp rules! |
TRMshadow
01.12.13 | I'm with JamieTwort and Pestiferous, In fact I just bought Bryter Layter a couple minutes ago for 3$ (including shipping). I still hit up my local record stores fairly often, but the price hike for anything new is just crazy sometimes, so even then I mainly stay to the used bin. |

The problem is that not everyone/not even a majority supports bandcamp. But yeah, bandcamp is one of the best things the internet did for music.
Also, Amazon is good to get 'rare' stuff rather cheap. Even some imported stuff that would usually cost me like 40-50 bucks with shipping I can get for like 10. (which is reasonable for Germany) |
kitsch
01.12.13 | there is nothing 'rare' on amazon |

01.12.13 | there is sometimes lol |
