08.04.13 | man wacken has been shit these last 4 years. I went in 09 and it was ok, some good lots of shit (tho seeing Dio in one of
his last shows ever was something I will never forget). 08 was the year to go. That being said emperor would be
awesome. |

08.04.13 | Are CoB any good live these days?
I heard Avantasia are good live too
but yea Emperor alone should be a good reason to go |

08.04.13 | Has COB ever been good live?
Or Arch Enemy? Only if they play songs from the Liva era |

08.04.13 | A couple of counterpoints
- This may be King Diamond's last show ever. His influence on modern metal is indisputable and if you've never seen him live, you should while you can while he's still capable of performing.
- Kreator and Behemoth have a long long history of consistently excellent live performances - factor in nearly losing Nergal to cancer not too long ago and any chance to see them live should be seized
- Arch Enemy should have been at this year's event but had to cancel.
As far as the other bands, well Wacken's always been about representing all aspects of a very diverse genre. |

08.05.13 | 6 and 8, I don't give a shit about these other bands. Surely there must be better bands on the bill than what is displayed here. |

08.05.13 | I saw king diamond a couple years ago. It was sweet. My band opened for kreator. Arch enemy sucks. Behemoth might be fun but I'll wait for a smaller show |
