Yeah that's how mine started, and then it would play and just stop, or skip the song entirely. Then it wiped off all of my artwork and when I tried to import the artwork again, it crashed and said I needed to restore it |

04.22.12 | My classic works fine. It lags but that's probably cos I have so much on it. Never had a problem with it apart from the occasional glitch and it scratches really easily if I don't have it protected. |

04.22.12 | My first ipod I had no issues with until I lost it about 3 years ago, got a used touch a few months later and it worked great for about a year before something happened to the port on the bottom and it wouldn't stay charge for more then a minute or so. Got another used one (this time a classic) and now it's having a similar problem.
Bottom line: fuck apple |

04.22.12 | Just had to leave it, apple wanted 100 pounds for a new hard drive so i didnt bother. I didnt see the point in spending that much money when they only give you a 30 day gaurantee on the new hard drive |

04.22.12 | The guy in the apple store was pretty cool and honest about everything, he even said himself it was a shit deal and that usually once the hard drive is gone in the unit it rarely lasts much linger after repairs. He said because its solid state memory theres a lot more chance of fuck ups happening. I got myself an iphone 4 a year or so ago so i still have an ipod but i preferedy classic as i could fit all of my music library on it. |

Goddamnit my ipod just lost all it's artwork out of nowhere a few days ago. Although I haven't bothered trying to get it back and wasn't really planning on it. Hopefully that will help |
