Opeth Album Artwork Ranked

Getting my laptop fixed which means I can't check out any new music for a while, so I've thrown this list together out of boredom really.
11Opeth
Pale Communion

The only Opeth artwork I dislike; it's just not got anything interesting about it.
10Opeth
Ghost Reveries

Very gothic; not bad, but a bit too simple for my liking.
9Opeth
Deliverance

Not very eye catching, but the face in the mirror is pretty cool.
8Opeth
My Arms, Your Hearse

The photo itself is nice but I think it would have benefitted from not having so many effects put into it.
7Opeth
Orchid

Nice, simple-yet-eye catching artwork, the contrast of black and pink proving very effective.
6Opeth
Watershed

The noticeable light coming through the window seems to coincide nicely with the shift towards more 'optimistic' sounding songs on here such as Coil and Hex Omega.
5Opeth
Blackwater Park

Very subtle yet dark, made even spookier by what looks like five ominous figures lurking behind the trees.
4Opeth
Heritage

Very different from the rest of their artwork. While their previous albums had more subtle art, this artwork shows Opeth's more 'bombastic' side. Interesting theme with the band members' heads on the trees, especially with Per's falling off after his departure from the band after recording.
3Opeth
Damnation

Opeth really managed to match the bleakness of the music on Damnation with this haunting photo.
2Opeth
Still Life

This applies more to the artwork for the remastered version with the 5.1 surround sound disk, where the black around the border is changed to a more faded red. A beautiful colour scheme.
1Opeth
Morningrise

A beautiful image of the Palladian bridge in Bath, England. Provides a great image for songs like The Night and the Silent Water. It was this photo that attracted me to the album in the first place.
