Cold music for cold times. Not ranked.
Finland = Cold, very cold => cold winter = -10 to -40 degrees of Celsius for a nightwalk in your nearest snow-covered forest.
My Downfall (Original Soundtrack)
While being stuck in traffic and gazing outside into the frozen landscapes. Works also well with fall and rainy weather. Works perfect with storms and "endtime atmosphere".

Welcome My Last Chapter
Combine the fact that it's Black Metal from Sweden with the atmosphere and the song titles, lyrics => THE winter album, for every kind of winter. Suits nights very well.
Mit Raben Und Wolfen
Very similar to 8. Works good with forests, nights and especially well with masses of snow.

|18||:Of the Wand and the Moon:|
Not necessarily a winter album but a night album. And nights are cold and dark, as is winter. Obviously suits nights.
Shadows Of The Sun
Similar as above, not necessarily a winter album but very fitting because of it's dark and mellow atmosphere. Espcially tracks like Solitude or Funebre.
Garten der Unbewusstheit
This is a monster for dark and gloomy weather. As Angel already described in his review with the storm this is actually quite fitting when a storm slowly rolls over the landscape and it gets darker and darker. Another one not necessarily for winter but definitely suiting when the winds pick up and you can't see 10 feet in front of you.
