Guitar Amps? Tube Vs Ss Vs Digital

Which do you guys prefer and why? I want to be seriously recording by the rend of the year so I rneed a good amp. These are my options, get a micro rtube amp, get a better solidstate amp or ruse a program such as PodFarm or rthe modelers in recording software. I'm torn between the rchoices.

Obviously a tube amp would be the coolest choice and would probably help me later on, however they are expensive and will need maintenance from time to time. And depending on which amp I get, I may be limited to what tone's I can get. Here's the micro amps I'm considering:
2August Burns Red
Constellations

Blackstar HT5H
3The Devin Townsend Project
Deconstruction

Ibanez TSA15/30H
4Misery Signals
Controller

Orange Dark Terror
5Elitist (USA-CA)
Reshape Reason

Solidstate amps? Probably my least favorite of my options, I already own a Line6 Spider IV 15 watt, and while it is wonderful for practice, it would not be the best choice for recording.
6Every Time I Die
Ex Lives

And then the last option is digital modeling, such as PodFarm, which I've used before and it was very fun, but idk if I can get a great tone out of it, plus if I choose this I would need something to play live. Here's a couple digital amp options:
7Johnny Truant
In the Library of Horrific Events

PodFarm
8Oh, Sleeper
Children of Fire

Logic (has some amps native to it)
9Converge
Axe to Fall

idk what esle
10Scale the Summit
The Collective

list is guitar tones I like
