just small example:
the atk stat of 0 iv, 0 ev, - nature of kingdra is = 203
the atk stat of 31 iv, 252 ev, + nature is = 380
Now imagine a sexy outrage or waterfall coming from that (STAB + RAIN DANCE EFFECT). which means a OHKO against everything that isn't resistant to water, and don't even plan on outspeeding a swift swim kingdra in the rain. |

Lvl 100 special att stat with 31 IV and 252 SPATK + modest nature = 380 Spatk
Lvl 100 speed stat with 31 IV and 252 speed = 332
Now on to the tech shizzle;
in the rain kingdra speed becomes 664 (yes you read correctly).
Main attack option is surf; whic has base power of 95.
duo to kingdra's stab bonus this becomes a bit more than 140, now duo to rain dance this becomes even higher (another 50% bonus but only from the initial 95 base power) non the less this turns surf's base power into a might 180!
And now try surviving a 100% accuracy 180 attack (that hit an entire team) coming from a pokemon with 380 SPATK and 664 speed
like I said, Kingdra is broken

So I took to mixing things about a bit. I would bring out 'Fable, use Sing, switch to one of my weaker Pokes while the enemy slept, rinse, repeat. Great way to build up the level of my Pokemons while still winning battles, and much better than just using the one broken Clefable. |

Implying Kingdra is the WHOLE TEAM. Your enemy just set up rain, which will help ur scizor survive fire attacks. Scizor doesnt negate kingdra no, but thrives in the rain. If the enemy is running a rain dance team instead of drizzle, a swift swim sweeper is easily predictable.
