06.07.12 | I was actually surprised at how aggressive "Holding my Neck" was at the beginning but then it mellowed out for the rest of the track which came off as being really well in development. Judging by the namesod the songs in sequence this may be a concept album relating to being subdued in confinement and working towards a release. I could've wrong but that's what song titles seem seem to point to. It could be much deeper than that which I would assume but it's everyday you get to ask questions of an artist thoughts behind their work. |

At Darthmann. It's all performed on the acoustic guitar as one take as well as the occasional use of my vocals in usually incomprehensible cleans and death style vocals usually just to add atmosphere. I am actually saying actual things but it's not always decipherable.
The acoustic styles range from folk to classical but mainly progressive in an always forward pressing fashion. IMO when I listen back to it the music demands attention due to the sometimes free form approach yet with purposeful direction. If you're interested I'd recommend that you just check it out bro. Also never mind the 3 troll ratings on it, that's just how Sputnik does sometimes. |
