05.13.12 | I didn't put Iced Earth and Blind Guardian because I think they are fairly well-known Power Metal bands, for their genre, anyway. My intention with this list was to share some really unknown Power Metal on the site (as all five are review-less), though I certainly love Iced Earth and Blind Guardian. I would have included just about everything they made if I made a list of awesome Power Metal, along with some stuff from both Gamma Ray and Helloween. I also thank everyone else for those recommendations; I'm always looking for great Power Metal. |
