Which Bands Should I See?
These bands are coming to Toronto within the next months or so. I
would love to see all of them, but I'm a student and can't justify
spending a whole lot . I'll probably see 2 of them, but I can't decide.
|1||Pianos Become the Teeth|
The Lack Long After
This is probably the cheapest show and it's in a smaller venue, which I'm
always a fan of.
They're playing the Canadian Music Fest, but it's $75 bucks for a wristband
and they're basically the only artist I want to see.
The Rip Tide
Diggin' the album, but not sure if they're worth it to see them live. Thoughts?
The Year of Hibernation
Honestly, I'm probably going to see Youth Lagoon no matter what. I fucking
love this album.
Album was better than sputnik gives it credit for. I think they'd put on a
Hurry Up, We're Dreaming
One of the more expensive shows in a fairly large venue. Not sure if it's
worth it. Although fuck me the album was good.
Album was a little bit overrated in my opinion, but it was still solid. I think
this would be a lot of fun.
i'd see 3.
I'd see 1.
Yeah, I would definitely see 1. Especially since it's the cheapest.
Also, 4 and 6 are pretty mandatory.
Your choice and description of 4 pleases me.
I'd pick 7 as well.
Beirut and Pianos.
1 and 6 IMO.
don't be dumb, see 1. fucking incredible live.
but idk, maybe stfu and go to all of them?
smaller venues>larger venues
1 for sure and then 3 or 4
Thanks for the input everyone. I'm seein 4 for sure and leaning towards 5,6 and 7. Don't get me wrong, I love 1, but I'm a skinny bastard and don't do well in moshpits, so I might cross that one off my list.
don't be stupid. go see pianos.
