MarvellousG
06.09.11 | This is an astonishingly good list, but as you have Mayer on there, where's Continuum?! And seeing as you have no jazz that I could see on here, I'll recommend Miles Davis' Kind of Blue, Charles Mingus' The Black Saint and The Sinner Lady and John Coltrane's A Love Supreme. Also try Scott Walker's 'The Drift' for some mindfuckery. But yeah, amazing list. |
Esky
06.09.11 | Thanks. Will definitely check those out, and grab Continuum too. How's his stuff as the JM Trio? Been meaning to get onto that for a while. |

06.09.11 | JM Trio is pretty good, but their only album ('Try!') is nowhere near as good as JM's other live album, 'Where The Light Is,' which is absolutely essential. |
