it's considered a classic american novel... if you ever get the chance to read it, don't. here's the summary instead:
guy feels like going somewhere so he and some buddy's go for a drive then they get to another part of the country and they party then they drive some more and then they party some more then they run out of money so they party some more then they get more money so they drive some more and party some more then there's a whole lot of hitching rides and something about partying in denver and then everyone old and doesn't wanna party anymore except for Dean who's a madman so they party anyways and the end.
now that I've typed that out, it's pretty much the Jeff Rosenstock story... haha |

08.16.11 | if you're looking for something to read though, I'd recommend A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess. I just finished reading that and it was fantastic. One piece of advice with it, it's written in a sort of hybrid language that the author makes up... at first it seems really confusing but don't look up the words (there are dictionaries for it online), just keep reading and you'll catch on about 10 pages in and it's just awesome. |
