10 Things living in Boston Taught Me
In The Land of Grey and Pink
My friends and I saw a train stop called "Wonderland" and were interested, so we went there. At night. Terrible idea. Learned my lesson about five seconds after departing the train.
Getting a free ride on the T is quite possibly the easiest thing to get away with. I've done it purposefully and accidentally on occasion.

The Food Album
Sometimes, the most expensive restaurants are the worst.
When you leave, you forget the simplest things about driving, some of which are kind of important so that you don't kill pedestrians. Things like, I don't know, stopping at stop signs...
...For the Whole World to See
The bars that don't ID are not always the best bars.

Walking around at night can be good for many things: makes you tired if you can't sleep, you find places / stores / restaurants that you never knew existed and were right in front of you the whole time, drunk people spill their heart out in public which is funny to watch, etc.
There's more to life than cows.
Your sleep cycle will alter in college no matter what. Even if you were a student that went to bed at 10:00 PM every night and woke up at 6:00 AM in the morning, you're always going to regret taking 8:00 AM classes.
We all have personality traits we don't like about people. I am a fairly welcoming and accepting person, but when it comes to MassArt students... I can't really take it. There are hipsters and artists, then there are hipster artists. MassArt is full of them. For the most part, they are annoying as hell. They act as though they own everything. They barely ever say thank you, they constantly bitch, and when they bump into you or something they won't even acknowledge you or turn around to apologize if they knocked you over. It's okay, though. They must have been on their way to make a serious contribution to society. So, yeah, I've learned how to deal with and / or tolerate hipster art students.
Ghost of a Chance
It's okay to pee in the street, as long as you do it in a corner and it's dark out. I haven't done this, but I've seen too many people do it by this point.
List itself is shit I've been listening to. Even Weird Al. Found that CD the other day xD
There are hipsters and artists, then there are hipster artists. Ha.
Peeing in parking garages man thats where it's at.
A pro can pee anywhere and not be seen.
Alright. I will accomplish this on the T by the end of next year...
that picture's making me trip balls
I need Brennan Boesch to produce.

this, so hard
call me crazy, but this verlander kid is going to be pretty good.
@balls: i think he will. hitting ahead of cabby and prince, he's going to see a ton of good pitches.
Lived 30 minutes north of Boston for about 15 years but never ever could imagine actually living in the city. When I went to college I went more remote, not more urban.
bruins suck
They do suck. It's really funny to watch their fans get really upset when they lose games, though.
And Crysis, I didn't at first either, but I do not regret doing so now. I have lived in the middle of nowhere for 13 years and then ended up going to school for another five years in a place that happened to be even more middle-of-nowhere esque. I got sick of it.
It's a good thing you know how to ride the T for free, because they're raising the fares.
lol I just walk or bike everywhere except the greyhound station, it's pretty easy
Man this list is so true, although I have yet to see people pee
I'm pretty tempted to check out Wonderland now
What I learned from living near Boston:
Anything that is fun is illegal, yet every useless thing you can imagine is legal.
That and I hate Bostonian drivers.
"They do suck. It's really funny to watch their fans get really upset when they lose games, though."
2 corrections. The Bruins most definitely do not suck. And it's actually funny to watch ALL Boston sports fans get mad when their teams lose. Scoot, that's your second Bruins bash tonight. So are you a Canucks fan or a Canadiens fan??
Okay, but the Celtics really do suck.
I agree. I hate basketball and baseball. I love hockey and i'm kinda into football sometimes but that's it.
I don't really like sports in general. Soccer is fun to watch though.
